Counselors from camp 2011

Activities

Every morning campers have the option to start the day one of two ways, doing the polar bear swim, or morning stretch. Both are great ways to wake up and get ready for the day.

Polar Bear Swim 2011

Campers will have the opportunity to learn from a new Pastor from the community each day at morning worship.

Bible study offers Campers a way to meet new people and participate in activities that will give them a better understanding of this years theme "Love does no harm". This is usually done in a group of two cabins, one girls cabin and one boys, and is lead by the counselors of those cabins.

Out at camp we have a variety of activities that Campers get to pick from daily.
  • Swimming and Boating
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Drama and Skits
  • Various team sports (baseball, kickball, basketball, ect.)
  • Cards and Board Games
On Friday, Campers are encouraged to take part in the talent show and invited to bring instruments and other appropriate props that might be used to demonstrate their talent.

Every day all the Counselors and Campers come together to play an all camp game, it continues to allow Campers to make new friends and work as a team.

One of the best things that we get to do out at camp is come together at the end of the day for an all camp campfire. We have a chance to get together sing songs, distribute mail, watch skits, and continue to learn more about this years theme. On Friday evening we have a special campfire and potluck that family and friends are invited to join us at.
